CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY
ORDER CANCELLATION

Orders can be canceled before they are dispatched for delivery. If you wish to cancel, please contact our customer support immediately. Once the order has been shipped, cancellations are not permitted.
REFUNDS FOR CANCELLED ORDERS​

If the cancellation request is accepted, you will be eligible for a full refund. The refund will be processed within 7-10 business days through the original payment method.​
RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Perishable goods such as fruits, vegetables, dairy products, etc., cannot be returned once delivered. Non-perishable items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are damaged, expired, or incorrect.

REFUND PROCESS

Upon receiving your return request and approval, we will process the refund to your original payment method. Refunds typically take 7-10 business days.

DELIVERY TIME​

DELIVERY CHARGES​

Orders above a specified value may qualify for free delivery. Otherwise, a nominal delivery charge will apply, as displayed during the checkout process.​
ORDER TRACKING​

DELIVERY ATTEMPTS:​

In case you are unavailable during delivery, our delivery partner will attempt to contact you. If the order is not successfully delivered within two attempts, it may be canceled, and a refund will be processed excluding delivery charges.
